Terms of Service

Rosterstats lets game communities turn match stats into squad boards, save their matches and follow team and player stats over time. It's a fan-made tool and is free to use. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or publishers of the games it covers, and game names are trademarks of their respective owners.

• You sign in with Discord, or with an email address and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what is done through your account, so tell us if you think someone else has gotten into it.
• Use an email address that is yours, and don't create extra accounts to get around a limit or a ban.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the top bar.

• A new team has to be approved by the site admin before it can be used. The site admin can deny a request, for example for an offensive name.
• You can be on one team at a time.
• The team's owner decides who joins, what each role may do and what the team stores, and is responsible for it. Members with a role act for the team within what that role allows.
• The owner can hand the team to another member or delete it. Deleting a team permanently removes its matches, players, styles, layouts and share links.

What your team adds stays yours: stats files, match logs, imported matches, player lists, logos, board styles and layouts. By adding it you give Rosterstats permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the site for your team, including to anyone you share a link with.

You confirm that you're allowed to add it: for example, that a logo is yours to use, and that match data comes from matches your team played or from a CRCON stats page or Wardogs match report page you may use.

Match data includes the in-game names and platform IDs of everyone who played, opponents included. You agree to use it only to review and present your team's matches.

• Don't use Rosterstats to harass, expose or keep tabs on anyone.
• Don't add personal details about a player beyond their in-game name and platform ID.
• If someone asks to be taken out of your team's data, remove them or tell us.

We may remove such data ourselves when the person concerned asks.

A share link lets anyone who has it view the match or the stats it points to, without signing in, until it is revoked. Send it only to people who should see it. Whoever creates a link is responsible for where it goes.

When you import a match from a link to a CRCON stats page or a Wardogs match report page, the site's server fetches that page for you. Only import from pages you're entitled to use, and follow that site's own rules.

Don't:

• break the law or other people's rights with the site
• add names, logos or other content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise offensive
• try to get into accounts, teams or data that aren't yours, or get around the site's access controls or limits
• probe, scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or use automated tools to create accounts or send requests in bulk
• upload malware or files meant to break the site
• pretend to be another person or team
• copy, resell or rehost the site

The Rosterstats name, logo, design and software belong to its operator. These terms let you use the site. They don't hand over any of those rights. The boards and images you make with Rosterstats are yours to share.

Rosterstats may change. We may add, change or remove features, set limits, or pause or close the site. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise that the site will always be available or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as exported boards and your original stats files.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account or a team, that breaks these terms, harms other people or puts the site at risk. Where it's reasonable we'll tell you why. You can stop using Rosterstats whenever you like.

The site is provided as it is. Stats are only as complete and accurate as the files and pages they come from, and the site may contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Rosterstats and its operator aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for decisions made on the basis of the stats. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be limited, such as consumer rights.

You're responsible for what you add and do on the site. If that leads to a claim against Rosterstats, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.

Signing in with Discord is also subject to Discord's own terms. CRCON stats pages and Wardogs match report pages you import from are run by other people and have their own rules. We aren't responsible for those services.

If these terms change, this page and the date at the top will be updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with them, stop using the site and delete your account.

If part of these terms turns out not to be enforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't act on a breach right away, we can still act on it later. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Rosterstats about the site.
